RESOLUTION 11.2.80
embodying the opinion of the European Parliament on the proposals from the Commission
of the European Communities to the Council for:
I. ai. Regulation opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a community
tariff quotas for wines of fresh grapes, falling within subheading ex 22.05 C of the
Common Customs Tariff and originating in Cyprus (1980).
II ai. Regulation opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community
tariff quota for liqueur wines, falling within subheading ex 22.05 C of the Common
Customs Tariff and originating in Cyprus (1980).
The European Parliament,
- having regard to the proposals from the Commission to the Council1,
- having been consulted by the Council pursuant to Article 43 of the EEC Treaty (Doc. 1-
363/79),
- having regard to the report of the Committee on External Economic Relations and the
opinion of the Committee on Agriculture (Doc. 1-568/79),
Approves the Commission's proposals.
