Goals & Plans of the Historical Archive

The ultimate goal of the Service of Historical Archives is not only to provide researchers with the available material to complete projects and dissertation, but also to inform the community about the diplomatic history and foreign policy of Greece. It is therefore our ambitious effort to create a Museum of Diplomatic History in the near future through which we will present the path of Greek diplomatic policy through the record and other miscellaneous sources. We hope in doing so that we will stimulate interest in archival research, while signifying the importance of archival records in the writing and critiquing of Greek political history.
