which will enrich the cultural life of its people. New infrastructure projects, will be
completed in the early part of 1997, will stand as our cultural inheritance as we
approach the 21st century with optimism and pride. 1997 will be a golden opportunity
for the city to present its historic heritage, the Greek civilization, its financial status,
its spirit and ideas.
