Registration:

Students may send beforehand the whole fee for the course and accommodation in the address of the OCPC according to the conditions indicated below.

To register, provide the information below and submit with a $200.00 pre-registration fee, which can be sent:
- By bank cheque made out to the Olympic Center of Philosophy and Culture (OCPC).
- By an international money order sent to: Olympic Center of Philosophy and Culture (OCPC), 9 Aristotelous St., 15124 Amaroussion, Greece.

The Greek cultural program as described in this brochure will cost $2,350.00, complete registration fee covering:
- Registration service and equipment.
- Accomodation in hotels in Athens at the days of arrival and departure (one night).
- Transportation from Athens to Ancient Olympia and return.
- Shared double room accommodation at the International Olympic Academy.
- Three meals per day for the duration of the seminar.
- Tuition fee.
- Three or four evening receptions.
- Visits to archaeological sites and the Museum of Olympia.
- Attendance of performances in the Ancient Theater of Elis.

To register after the closing date, students should address directly to the Secretariat of the OCPC (by fax, e-mail, telephone or mail) to inquire about availability of places on the course. Students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

A detailed Second Circular will be sent in due course to those students who will have answered this invitation by May 1, 1997.


Conditions

Students are required to pay the complete registration fee by May 1, 1997. A cancellation before 1 May 1997 is subject to a handling fee of up to $200.00. If, after May 1, an applicant decides not to attend the course and has already paid the whole fee, he/she will be entitled to a reimbursement of all money paid beyond the pre-registration fee. The OCPC will retain only the corresponding part of the pre-registration fee according to the above conditions.

The seminar is based on a minimum registration of 20 students. Should that number not register for the course, the OCPC has the right to cancel the seminar and refund the registration fee. Once the course has started, no refund is possible.
