The small island of Psara has only a few inhabitants and a minimum number of tourists, which is concentrated in the port area. There are fish tavern as and ouzoshops that serve fresh fish, lobster and all kinds of seafood delicacies, and a few restaurants, like "Taverna tou Gianni" (John's Tavern) and "Spitalia", where tasty food is served.
