Folegandros is situated between Sikinos and Milos. The wild landscape and the sandy beaches will impress every visitor with their beauty. The larger villages are the port Karavostatis, Hora, Kastro with the old defensive, walls and Ano Meria with the Folklore Museum which depicts scenes from the agricultural activities of the villagers. There are many beaches to swim in, like Karavostassis, Angali, Agios Nikolaos, Agios Georgios, Livadi, Ambeli, but to visit most of them you must hire one of the fishing boats that frequenly tour the island.
