SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS) Momcilo Krajisnik and vicepresident of the RS Government Velibor Ostojic, visited economic facilities in Serb Sarajevo.

SARAJEVO - The delegates of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Stari Grad Board sent a letter of support to the RS president Radovan Karadzic and RS Army commander general Ratko Mladic. "We ask you to persist in your efforts to maintain RS", says the letter.

PARIS - The West have intended neither to arrest the RS president Radovan Karadzic and the VRS commander general Ratko Mladic, nor to demand such as thing from the Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic, this was assessed in "Mond"'s editorial. The paper further writes that "Milosevic could not be of use", adding that the Dayton agreement contents a clause the most important one for the West, saying that Milosevic's obligation is to secure that Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic do not impede the peace process.

AMSTERDAM - Following three weeks of trial to Dusan Tadic in the Hague, an impression is gained that he is rather irrelevant personality in the whole process. He sits neglected between two policemen, and almost nobody addresses to him, for everything at hand in the process does not concern him. Sometimes camera "catches" him for a few seconds, lest to remain that this is in fact his prosecution.

LONDON - Movie fans surely remember one of Ford's classics from the golden era of Hollywood, in which the chief tells an unfairly convicted character: "First we will make a fair trial to you, and than we will hang you...". In a similar way the so called international community, i.e. a small circle of most influential individuals from the most powerful countries, say to the Serbs in RS - first we will organise a fair and democratic elections, and then we will impose a government corresponding to our needs, says SRNA commentary.

SRPSKO GORAZDE - A list of Muslim crimes in the area of Gorazde is as old as the arrival of the Turks to the region. The new history notes the beginning of the WWI, when the Muslims, serving with AustroHungary, in Jabuka, near Gorazde, liquidated 46 most prominent Serbs from Gorazde, Praca, Sokolac and Rogati ca. By beginning of the WWI, immediately after the Ustashe au thority was established, the Muslim Ustashe again started with arrests and liquidation of most prominent Serbs, writes a SRNA's commentary.

MRKONJIC GRAD - The Mrkonjic Grad mayor, Drago Celic denied that there is an agreement between the Serbs and Muslims which allows a larger group of Muslims to visit this city on Wednesday 27 May. "Such information additionally upset residents of our municipality", stressed Celic.

MOSTAR - The European administration issued an agreement reached between the Muslims and Croats in this city about the ways and time of the elections in the city, reports AFP. The agreemtn was signed by the European administrator for Mostar Riakrdo Peres Kasado, mayor of Muslim part of Mostar Safet Ocurevic, and deputy mayor of the Croat part of Mostar, Mile Puljic.

STOLAC - A group of 200 Muslim refugees were thwarted in their intention to visit their homes in Stolac. The Croat police limited movement for Muslim refugees only to the main street, while IPTF and UNHCR were present during the Muslim trip. "The presence of the police clearly showed the Muslims that this visit was something especial. It was a step back in securing freedom of movement", stated UNHCR spokesperson Ariana Kantier.

BEOGRAD - The Serbian Orthodox Church is deeply concerned over unjust and unequal treatment of the international community of the former warring sides in former Yugoslavia, pointing out that the Hague Tribunal tries moreor-less only leaders and representatives of one side in the conflict, the Serbian side, by which, in fact, the entire Sreebian nation is brought to trial. /end/
