DOBOJ - The Association of Refugees from Doboj, condemned attempts at preempting the Serb communities of Svjetlicina and Stanica Rijeka by the Federation of B-H. The mentioned communities are situated at the zone of separation in RS territory, but the working material, provided for Federal ministers, on the creation of new municipalities shows these communities included into the Doboj-Istok municipality within the Federation.

SARAJEVO - The spokesman of the high representative, Colum Murphy, announced tomorrow's session of the Dayton B-H Presidency to be held in the Muslim part of Sarajevo.

SARAJEVO - The Federation of B-H and RS are drawing up separate laws on privatisation, which would directly undermine the unity of B-H, stated the co-president of the Council of Ministers, Haris Silajdzic, reports Reuter. "How the privatisation issue is solved could determine whether B-H survives as a single state or permanently divides", stated Silajdzic.

SARAJEVO - The Federal Defence Ministry disavowed the failure of defence minister Ante Jelavic to testify before the Hague Tribunal in a process against Croatian general Tihomir Blaskic.

SARAJEVO - The vice-president of the B-H Social-Democratic Party, Sead Avdic, believes that the crisis in the Federation of B- is a consequence of Muslim fear from Croatian separatism and Croat fear from Muslim outvoting". "The Federation is facing the most serious crisis since the signing of the Dayton accords, and is in a critical process of bitter conflict of interests", stated Avdic during the Congress Italian Social-democrats.

SARAJEVO - "The Mostar syndrome" spread over the Lasva valley - claims the Muslim paper "Oslobodjenje". "The Herzeg- Bosnia leaders charged the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) unit "Jockers" with provoking chaos in the Lasva valley, writes the paper, adding that the "Jockers" are specialised in harassment of the Muslims.

TUZLA - Demobilised Muslim soldiers, war veterans and families of fallen soldiers, blocked the road in Sicko Brdo, at the Doboj - Tuzla and Zupanja - Sarajevo cross-roads, because the Tuzla-Podrinje Canton authorities did not return their money paid for charges on imported vehicles.
