Following the meeting, it becomes quite certain that the summary of the US policy in RS and the FB&H is in progress and, as Albright said, the USA will in the future be engaged intensively in the economic and social development of B&H. The co-chairman of the Council of Ministers from RS, Boro Bosic, warned the US Secretary of State of an extremely difficult economic and social situation in RS and the FB&H and asked for the 'USA to send a clear message that there will not be conflicts any longer in the B&H so that all the three peoples could devote themselves to the problems of existence'.

SARAJEVO - The latest shipment of offensive weapons, which was delivered to the FB&H within the 'Equip and Train' programme, represents a blatant violation of the Dayton agreement and does not contribute to the stabilisation of peace and the confidencebuilding between the FB&H and RS, this was concluded at the meeting held between the RS minister of foreign affairs, Aleksa Buha, the deputy minister of defence, Dragan Kapetina, and representatives of the General Staff of the Army of Republika Srpska with the OSCE ambassador, Morton Krasniem.
