AMSTERDAM - The newest action of SFOR soldiers - the killing of the former police chief in Prijedor Simo Drljaca and arresting the physician Milan Kovacevic is the result of political aims of U.S. and NATO, and their efforts to form unitary, multi-ethnical Moslem state in Bosnia, is the assessment of the majority of the Dutch commentators and analysts. "By this act, NATO directly wanted to weaken the very stable police apparatus in RS, and by its weakening probably to affect the political peak in Pale", it is stressed in the comment of the reporter of Dutch news "Folkstrant".
