BELGRADE - The secretary of the constitutional court of RS Miodrag Simovic announced that the Constitutional Court probably will not hold a public discussion concerning the decision of RS president Biljana Plavsic to resolve the Parliament before August 10. Simovic said that convening the public discussion would not be expected before August 10, if president Plavsic use the maximal legal deadline of 15 days for giving response on the proposals of the Government and Assembly for assessment of her decision.

SARAJEVO - The delegation of RS Government is going to the Donors' Conference in Brussels under the heavy burden of threats that there will be nothing of the aid for RS, and bitterness because of the fact that great part of the campaign which in the world's media is underway against RS and originate from president of RS. In the announcement of the Government is stated that "the previous experiences of RS with the Donors Conferences didn't give us the right to expect more from this, which already was postponed several times. Nevertheless, the RS Government was seriously and long time preparing itself for coming before donors and, in that regard, made a series of projects intended for revival of economy and renewal and reconstruction of RS.

BELGRADE - The president of RS Government and minister of foreign affairs Aleksa Buha expressed the fear that president Plavsic "stepped deeply in the variant of the part of international community, by which until the end of the summer next year the independence of RS would be cancelled". In an interview for the Belgrade's "Demokratija", Buha said that Ms. Plavsic "has all our opponents by her side". Buha denied the information that the former president of RS Radovan Karadzic is in Russia, and warned that the attempt of his arresting "would come to an adequate response".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Serbian Party of Krajina and Posavina /SSK&P/ Predrag Lazarevic opposed the arresting Radovan Karadzic or any other Serb. RS has its own judiciary and, if there exist the evidence, then it has to judge, not some political court in Hague, which was created to judge to whole one people who have been fighting for freedom and independence, said Lazarevic at the press conference in Banja Luka.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ Nikola Poplasen warned in Banja Luka that the constitutional crisis in Republika Srpska is going in undesired direction.

"Instead of solving problems through institutions, direct talks and procedure foreseen by the Constitution and Laws of RS, the mutual accusations were continued, which frequently becomes unprincipled besmirch, and even plotting" - stressed Poplasen at the press conference.
