BIJELJINA - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik and the prime minister Gojko Klickovic with assistants, who were besieged in the Banja Luka's hotel "Bosna" arrived last night, half of an hour after midnight in the seat of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ in Bijeljina.

BIJELJINA - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik stated last night that the events in Banja Luka were the consequence of "the know-how lead media preparation", but also the behaviour of the international mediators. After arriving to Bijeljina, after being confined in hotel "Bosna" in Banja Luka, emphasised for the reporters of SRNA and Serbian Radio-TV /SRT/ that in Banja Luka happened the heavy drama", reminding that the group of about 50 persons attacked the Serbian officials with the unheard hatred, stating: "Drama was in the fact that SFOR and Jacques Klein made all efforts to make discord between us. They proposed that I come out, and the vice- president of the Government of RS Dragan Kijac leave later, because they have some indictment against him. We had shown the solidarity and wanted to come out together, but not in groups. The first part of the state leadership, lead by the president of the National Assembly /NS/ Dragan Kalinic went by the SFOR vehicles in their base Ramici. The premier Gojko Klickovic and I came out last in the cars on which the stones were thrown. We made a breach to Bijeljina, passing three check- points of SFOR, and four of the police where we had been stopped, and all that looked like in the drama film". The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik assesses that Ms. Biljana Plavsic "do not act alone, but there is the conspiracy circle which do not let her to act alone and directs her towards the catastrophe and breaking RS".

BELGRADE - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik is attending the talks of the president of FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ Slobodan Milosevic with the High international Representative Carlos Westendorp and his deputy Jacques Klein. Krajisnik accompanied to the talks together with Nikola Sainovic, the vice-president of the Federal Government, fifteen minutes after the beginning of the meeting in the residence of the president of FRY, Beli Dvor /White Residence/. Together with Westendorp and Klein came also the special U.S. envoy for B&H Robert Gelbard, who unexpectedly, after only few minutes, left the meeting without any statement for reporters.

BANJA LUKA - The spokesman of SFOR sector South-West British colonel Mike Right stated "that nobody of the 78 persons which yesterday were blocked in the hotel "Bosna" in Banja Luka, and then transferred into the base of SFOR Ramici, was arrested". Right confirmed at the ordinary press conference in Banja Luka that these persons agreed this transfer by SFOR, from the hotel where they were blocked by the para-police of Biljana Plavsic. "This persons were carefully identified and since it was determined that there is no any legal basis for their detention, they were transported to Prnjavor according to their own will" -stated Mr. Right.

SARAJEVO - The RS Government discussed on Jahorina mountain the Motion of decision about holding the local elections which will be sent to the National Assembly of RS to be adopted. Temporarily is the session of the Club of delegates and the Main Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ under way, after which the Assembly session would begin.

BELGRADE - The vice-president of the Socialistic Party of Serbia /SPS/ Milorad Vucelic assessed in the statement for "Nedeljni telegraf" that Ms. Biljana Plavsic "under the firm of the fighting against crime in economy, actually started with braking down the legality of RS". "It is dangerous when in the fighting against economical crime, which undoubtedly exists, is applied the greatest crime - political and state" - warned Vucelic. According to his opinion, Ms Plavsic would "or leave the post of president or to accept the presidential elections. because she left the party which nominated her, un-constitutionally dissolved the National Assembly and dismissing the Government."

AMSTERDAM - The Dutch "Folkstrasnt" concluded that even after the events in Banja Luka the solving of the political crisis in RS is not perceived yet. In weighting the political powers, it is concluded that the state leadership has the great support in all parts of RS, while Biljana Plavsic can count only on the insignificant number of her affiliates in Banja Luka.

VIENNA - The Austrian media mostly talk and write about the events in Banja Luka concluding that in question is the scenario of the foreign mentors who perfidiously and maliciously instrumentalised Serbs against Serbs. TV pictures with many indecent details from and in front of Banja Luka's hotel "Bosna" the Austrian media assesses as "overture and definite defeat of the Serbian national line in RS".

PARIS - "Figaro" pays great attention to the assessment of vice-president of RS Government Aleksa Buha, from the yesterday's press conference in Pale, that "Biljana Plavsic is marionette under the foreign control, afraid of confronting with the voting ballots, because she knows that she would be defeated". "Figaro" conveyed the stance of Mr. Buha that local elections, because of the insecure climate, would be postponed for one month, and that OSCE must guarantee that persons indicted by the Hague Tribunal will not be arrested and that they will be enabled to come out to vote.

PARIS - The RS senator Mrs. Milena Nokovic called the president Biljana Plavsic to resign, because with her inappropriate behaviour, political dilettantism and hypocrisy lead into danger the survival of the people and RS. Participating in the yesterdays programming on the French TV channel "LCI" together with the chief of the RS Representative in France Miodrag Jankovic, Mrs. Nokovic reproached to Ms. Plavsic not respecting the state institutions, especially indicating on her double-face behaviour.

TORINO - The Italian media assess that, after the last events in RS and announced boycott of elections by the Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ in FB&H, "they loose last illusions about holding the local elections" on September 13 and 14. Reporting the warnings of the Serbian Democratic Party that under the current circumstances will not participate the elections, the Italian media stresses that also HDZ announces the boycott explaining that this Croatian Party "is first time scared that they will loose".

BANJA Luka - The Socialistic Party /SP/ of RS thinks that with no regard on the certain shortcomings in their preparation the municipal elections in RS have to beheld on September 13 and 14. The president of SPRS Zivko Radisic appealed at the press conference in Banja Luka "on the organiser of elections not to yield under the synchronised pressures of the governing parties from RS and Federation B&H for delaying the elections", assessing that "such an act would make detriment to RS, to the started democratic processes, and political and constitutional crisis would be deepened".

ZAGREB - The president of the Federation B&H Vladimir Soljic confirmed that the Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ of B&H will boycott the local elections anticipated for September 13 and 14 - reports AFP. He stated that HDZ will not change its decision, because "it is technically impossible to correct the errors made on the detriment of Croatian people". "HDZ would step by step be lead in the situation in which it will on such organised elections loose what they will get in normal circumstances" - explained Soljic.

SARAJEVO - OSCE confirmed that the local elections in RS and FB&H will be held despite the Croatian and Serbian call for their delaying - stated in Sarajevo the spokesman of this organisation David Foley, reports AFP. "The municipal elections will be held, and the parties which decide upon the boycott, will simply loose the elections" - precisely stated Foley.

BELGRADE - The president of DSS Vojislav Kostunica warned in Belgrade that the U.S. diplomat Richard Holrooke has different approach towards the parties in B&H. In the statement for SRNa Kostunica pointed out Holbrooke's not reacting on the decision of the leading Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ about the boycott of elections in B&H, "because it resent the U.S. national dignity".

WASHINGTON - The former U.S. mediator for B&H Richard Holbrooke threatened yesterday in Washington that U.S.A. "will quickly and sharply respond" if the lives of the NATO soldiers in RS were endangered - reports AFP. Commenting the current situation in RS, Holbrooke assessed that it is the most dangerous period after signing the Dayton Agreement, but added that "the situation nevertheless goes in good direction".

BIJELJINA - The director of the Direction for privatisation and development of RS Aleksa Milojevic reminded in Bijeljina that the last day for enrolment of the citizens who have a right of participating in the division of the state assets. According to him, in enterprises and 250 centres for privatisation until yesterday was enlisted 650,000 citizens, out of total 900,000 who have a right on the free of charge shares in the state enterprises.

NOVI SAD - The Joint Council of Municipalities of the Srem- Baranja region will require at the first session the dismissing the Croatian minister of Education Ljilja Vokic, because she drastically violated all laws an\d agreements in relation with the right of Serbs on cultural autonomy and education on their mothers language and Cyrillic alphabet. The president of the Independent Democratic Serbian Party /SDSS/ and Assembly representative Vojislav Stanimirovic stressed in the statement for the Novi Sad's "Dnevnik" /daily news/ that the minister Vokic is most responsible person for provocative beginning of the new school year in the Region without Cyrillic books and with the Latin signs on the schools.

TILBURG - The Dutch Government without the knowledge of Parliament sold 500 military trucks to FB&H, reports the Dutch Radio. On the occasion of this selling it is expected that the party of "Left Green" in Parliament will impose certain questions to the Government, which claims that has the guaranties of FB&H that the vehicles will not be used for the military purposes, reports the Dutch Radio.
