But it is the most strange that, in spite of everything, all is pointing out to the fact that there will be no agreement : inter-Serbian propaganda war has burst into flame in the meantime, and both sides believe that, if agreements on the Government fail, they have a spare solution. WASHINGTON - Five-members Contact Group for B&H acclaimed the results of the elections on RS as "a step toward democratisation", but warned that "further postponement of forming of the new government is only extending economical and political problems" in RS. That is why the Contact Group is insisting on the fact that election of the new premier should be confirmed at the next session of RS National Assembly, "so the government could begin with the implementation of the Dayton Agreement". BELGRADE - Belgrade Radio B 92 offered refugees from B&H in FRY forms with demands for returning the housing right, which are supposed to be delivered to the Office of Ombudsman in B&H before January 31 - reports BETA. KOZARSKA DUBICA - Rebuilding of the bridge which is connecting Kozarska and Croatia and is the border crossing between RS and Croatia will begin in the second half of January - confirmed for SRNA Pantelija Curguz, the president of Kozarska Dubica Municipal Assembly.
