[01] Cypriot FM issues travel advice for Libya
The Foreign Ministry of the Republic has issued a travel advice for
Cypriots, who are residents or intend to visit Libya, in view of the
deteriorating situation in the country.
The Foreign Ministry advices Cypriots in Libya to avoid places of mass
gathering, avoid any travelling and follow news reports and developments
in the country.
It also adds that citizens, who intend to travel to Libya, are advised
to refrain from doing so, due to instability in the country.
[02] House President receives Albanian FM
House of Representatives President Yiannakis Omirou received on Thursday,
in Parliament, Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edmond Panariti.
According to an official press release issued here today, Omirou briefed
the Albanian FM on the Cyprus issue as well as on Turkish threats against
the Republic of Cyprus as regards its exercise of its sovereign rights
within its Exclusive Economic Zone.
On his part Panariti wished that the Cyprus issue is resolved soon.
