  • [01] Home for Cooperation announces Small Projects Programme

    The Home for Cooperation (H4C) in Cyprus has announced its Small Projects Programme through which it will provide financial implementation support opportunities for new initiatives, activities and events in cooperation with the H4C.

    The main aim of this call is to support the implementation of new and appealing small projects, which will center around the H4C (the awarded activities should take place either entirely at the H4C, or at least partially) while using its brand, its unique position and its advantages & resources.

    Speaking during a press conference, H4C Project Officer Kemal Elmas said that the H4C foresees providing support to the implementation of innovative ideas in accordance with its vision in order to extend services, offerings and events, reach out to more people, to new people and to key people while increasing sustainability and generating more financial income.

    [02] Young Executives Session held during "Maritime Cyprus 2013" Conference

    The Young Executives Session of the maritime sector took place today with great success and attendance, for the fourth time, in the framework of "Maritime Cyprus 2013" Conference, according to a press release.

    The young executives (under forty years of age) were presented with the opportunity to discuss and exchange views and perspectives on the means through which they can evolve and establish themselves in the shipping scene.

    Particular emphasis was given on hard work always governed by ethics and integrity, conducted with appropriate mentors and by participating in relevant professional networks; on the need of adaptability to change, and on the commitment to life-long learning as well as love for the profession.
