Panathinaikos Athens drew 1-1 with Manchester United of England in a
European Champions League second phase group A match played at the
Athens Olympic stadium on Wednesday night. Pathaniakos went into the
lead with Yourkas Seitaridis in the 25th minute. Paul Scholes equalised
for Manchester in the 90th minute.
Panathinaikos now has two points in five matches but remains last in
the group and has no chance of qualifying for the quarterfinals of the
Champions League.
