Memories of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games are being revived as the torch carrying the sacred Olympic flame arrives in Athens on Saturday, as part of its journey to Beijing.

Seven torchbearers will represent the City of Athens in the historic 2008 torch telay, which was launched on March 24 in ancient Olympia.

Torchbearers will take the following route: Mavromateon St - Alexandras Ave - Vas. Sofias Ave - Hellenic Parliament - Amalias Ave - Dionysiou Aeropagitou - Acropolis.
