[01] Council of State Plenum to discuss university administrative
employee suspensions
Suspension appeals by universities and the Athens University's
Administrative Staff Union will be discussed at the Council of State's
Plenum on Monday.
The appeals call for the annulment, as being unconstitutional and illegal,
of the decision by the Administrative Reform and Education ministers
with which 1,349 administrative staff organic positions in universities
were abolished and the employees were suspended.
The Plenum's decision will be issued in the coming days.
