[01] State budget to be tabled in parliament next weekThe 2017 State Budget will be tabled in parliament next week and is expected to be voted by the parliament plenum until December 10.According to parliament sources, the first package of the second review's prior actions is scheduled to be voted by December 3. In the next days two omnibus bills with the prior actions will be tabled. The draft law on alternative fuel and another bill on the workers' mobility will be discussed next week. [02] Greek households' available income down 4.5 pct in 2015Greek households' and non-profit organizations' available income fell 5.5 pct, or 4.5 pct, in 2015 compared with 2014 to 114.8 billion euros, from 120.3 billion in 2014, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Friday.As a result, final consumption spending by Greek households fell by 2.3 billion euros, or 1.8 pct to 122.8 billion euros in 2015, from 125.1 billion in 2014, while the savings rate (savings/available income) fell to -7.0 pct in 2015 from -4.0 pct in 2014. The statistics service, in its annual non-financial accounts of institutional sectors, said that private investments (gross fixed capital formation) fell by 0.5 pct to 8.4 billion euros in 2015 from 8.5 billion in 2014. Finally, the external balance of goods and services recorded a surplus of 300 million euros in 2015 from a deficit of 4.3 billion in 2014. [03] New Democracy presents shadow governmentMain opposition New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Friday presented an ND 'shadow cabinet' that he said would be in a position to 'hard tackle' the government ministers one on one. "We overcame the obstacles of an exceptionally difficult year ... and we managed to change the negative climate," she added. Kountoura underlined that the ministry's strategy brought historic records for two consecutive years. "We had 26 mln tourists in 2015 and 14 bln euros revenues while the country made a strong start in 2016 and targets are expected to be surpassed." [05] 13 people arrested, 5 detained in clashes after march for Polytechnic uprisingThirteen people were arrested while five more were detained near the Athens Polytechnic late on Thursday alleged to be involved in the clashes that broke out after the march for the 43rd anniversary of the students uprising.Earlier, roughly 200 hooded invidivuals threw firebombs, stones, chairs and other objects against police. Meanwhile, 12 people were arrested in Patras for their involvement in clashes after the march for the Polytechnic uprising. [06] Free entrance to museums, archaeological sites on Nov 21Exhibitions, tours, educational programmes, and visits to workshops are included in the agenda of the Archaeological Service on November 21.The events, organized by the Association of Greek Archaeologists, its members and the culture ministry employees concern the excavation, restoration, museum, educational and the overall work of the Archaeological Service. Therefore, the doors to archaeological sites, monuments, museums, and maintenance workshops will be open on Monday and archaeologists will explain and speak of the importance of their work.
