The increasing corruption is inherent to a political and economic power network built in the country, especially in the period of the post-junta regime, Tsipras noted and added: a moral attitude is needed to tackle corruption, and our government has proved that it can do so. The prime minister stressed that combating corruption is a priority despite the resistance of the various interests. "I will be concerned when the attacks stop," he underlined. Regarding the Novartis scandal, he said that it concerns a non-transparent pricing of drugs and the data on the case will be brought before the prosecutor. [02] FinMin Tsakalotos to have series of meetings with EU leaders Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos will have a series of meetings in the next days, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, EU Commissioner Pierre Moscovici, ESM president Klaus Regling and Poul Thomsen, Director of the IMF's European Department, according to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency's sources. [03] 64 Greek documentaries in 19th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival Sixty-four Greek documentaries will participate in the 19th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival that will be held from March 3 to March 12. A total of 110 proposals were submitted to the committee. Three documentaries will participate in the international competition to be launched for the first time this year. Politics, social issue, personal stories, human rights, art and food are the main topics of the documentaries. The festival is aiming to inform, sensitize and mobilize the audience about critical issues which require the audience's active participation.
