The minister explained that both the restrictive measures and the positive measures will be legislated now. As regards, the positive package (3.6 billion euros) will refer to the social policy for 2019, changes in Uniform Real Estate Ownership Tax (ENFIA) and tax income for 2020. On the negative measures, he cleared out that they will be activated only in the case that the measures on the debt will be implemented. Regarding the labour issues, Tsakalotos stressed that the Greek positions on mass layoffs became acceptable as well as the lock out, while collective agreements will be restored in September 2018. [02] Mosque in Athens to be ready in early May The construction of the Muslim mosque at the Athens district of Votanikos is expected to be completed in early May, the representative of the joint venture and managing director of INTRAKAT construction company Petros Souretis stated to Athens Macedonian News Agency. The 1,000 sq.m mosque building will include a worship area for 300 men, a worship area for 50 women, auxiliary rooms, WC for men and women, an office for the imam and an office for the muezzin. The works started in November and the building's foundations were laid in February.
