    According to new gallops conducted for Sunday Press, PASOK is in the lead Opinion gallop conducted for "To Vima" newspaper New Democracy gathers 27,1%, of votes PASOK 29,7%, KKE 6,6%, SYRIZA 10,6%, LAOS 4,5% and Ecologists 3.8%.

    Alko gallop conducted for "Proto Thema" shows PASOK leading; 26,1% voted in favor of ND, 28,1% preferred PASOK, 6,7% KKE, 8,5% SYRIZA and 4,8% LAOS.

    In RAS gallop conducted for PARON, New Democracy achieved borderline victory (0,6%). More specifically 30,7% answered that they would vote in favor of ND, 30,1% PASOK, 8,1% KKE, 10,2% SYRIZA and 4,6% LAOS.

    In MRB gallop conducted for "Eleftheros Typos" newspaper, PASOK gathered 27,9% of preferences, ND 26,8%, KKE 7,3%, SYRIZA 11,4%, LAOS 4,8% and ecologists 2,9%.

    CERN Shuts Down

    THE worlds largest particle collider will be down for at least two months following a helium leak into the tunnel, a spokesman for the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) said today. CERN spokesman James Gillies said: "There has been an incident in a test. One section of the machine will have to be repaired. It was turned back on again yesterday, but the latest incident has forced operations to halt again.
