National Council of Agricultural Policy will be activated soon, the PM said. Mr. Karamanlis also stated that the government responds to its commitments, as 80% of sources of the national strategic framework will be provided to regional Greece.

Next months will be difficult, Mr. Karamanlis said and continued that the government showed that it is equipped with the reflexives and that the Greek economy is resistant.

The Prime Minister also referred on the opposition party saying that those that tripled the public deficit and rose unemployment from 3% to 11% can not play the role of the accusant. Times demand gravity and responsibility, there is no space for irresponsibility and infertile debates, Mr. Karamanlis added. The future depends on the conflict between responsibility and irresponsibility. We follow the road of responsibility, the Prime Minister underlined. We are going to exhaust the possibilities for the support of weaker social groups, the road is uphill but at the end of the road there is a better day, Mr. Karamanlis concluded.
