The laboratory of Plasma Chemistry of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras, is seeking for a Ph.D. student.

The successful candidate must hold a diploma degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics or Chemistry. The subject of the work is in the area of deposition of thin films (amorphous and microcrystalline silicon, diamond-like carbon, polymer-like films) by low pressure Plasma Enhanced CVD, using plasma diagnostics (Laser Induced Fluorescence, Optical Emission Spectroscopy, Power and Impedance measurements, Mass Spectrometry etc.).

Financial support is provided through EU projects.
