ANKARA, Jan 24 (A.A) - Turkey is cautious over the resolution of Greek Council of Ministers to abolish Article 19 of the citizenship law which caused many people from Thracean Turkish Minority to be stripped of their citizenship.

Foreign Ministry sources said Greek Council of Ministers had taken such decisions earlier yet these failed to pass from the Parliament adding that ''first of all we should see if such resolutions would pass from the Parliament or not.''

Article 19 of the Greek citizenship law, foresaw people who were not coming from Greek origin to leave the country forever.
