    ANKARA - Turkey and the United States agreed on the structure of an economic package ''which is flexible and which may be adapted according to the conditions of the day'' in case of a possible war in Iraq.

    DUZCE - Foreign Minister Yasar Yakis said on Saturday that they favored solution of Iraqi problem without war, stressing that, ''an Iraqi war will not add anything Turkey, the United States, Iraq and to the region. However, war is the preference which should be thought in the end.''

    ANKARA - Foreign Ministry said on Saturday that an agreement was reached to continue negotiations regarding Iraq during the talks carried out with U.S. Under Secretary of Treasury John Taylor, U.S. State Department Under Secretary Marc Grossman.

    GAZIANTEP - Agricultural product exports of the Southeastern Anatolia Project (GAP) region to African countries increased by 18.2 percent to 19 million 307 thousand U.S. dollars in eleven months of this year.
