EU TO START FULL MEMBERSHIP NEGOTIATIONS AT THE END OF 2004''
BALIKESIR - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that they
started to get the results of the confidence atmosphere provided in Turkey,
stating that, ''I believe that Turkey will get a date from the European Union
(EU) at the end of 2004 to start full membership negotiations.''
