Saturday that there was a dynamic process in Iraq and Turkey would determine
its attitude according to the conditions.

PERCENT BETWEEN JAN-SEPT, 2003
ANKARA - Industrial production increased by 12.7 percent in September, 2003
when compared to the same period last year and it increased by 8.4 percent
between January-September.

ANKARA - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that the United
States' not giving loan worth of 8.5 billion dollars was out of question and
it could be given at any moment.
