    ANKARA - Turkish Parliament decided that adultery is not a crime. Turkish MPs adopted on Thursday an article of the Turkish penal code (TCK) on which Justice & Development Party (AK Party) claimed to submit a motion to consider adultery as crime. The article was entitled, ''violation of responsibility stemming from family law.''
