The HR-Net Personal NewsPaper

For 17 years, news bulletins and other information was distributed to several mailing lists maintained at HR-Net through a custom made "Personal NewsPaper". As of May 2012, this system is no longer in operation. It has been replaced by mailman, a standard system allowing individual users to subscribe to mailing lists of their choice.
