The EU discourages dispatch of Turkish troops to N IraqDiscussions are being held in Ankara between American President George W. Bush's envoy and Turkish officials on the issue of the dispatch of Turkish troops to Iraq. On a relative development, Iraq's dramatic developments will be discussed today at the Greek Parliament.
