Corfu: Light Quake

A magnitude 4.3 tremor struck the sea region south of the island of
Corfu, 300km north-northwest of Athens, at 01:07 today. According to
Athens University Geology professor, Efthimios Lekkas this specific
earthquake is not connected with recent earthquake activity in the
Peloponnese, however, it has resulted from movement of African plate
towards Europe.
