The draft-bill, approved, following several changes in headquarters and names of historical municipalities, by the competent Parliament Committee last week will be passed after five sessions. Prime-minister G. Papandreou, taking the stand in the Parliament yesterday, spoke of foundation stone of new Greece, stressing whoever opted to stay behind would pay for his selection.

The Prime-minister described administrational restructure as one of the major changes promoted by the government. He criticized the ND for refusing to support the Kallikratis plan adding that it avoided to bear its responsibilities for the country's modernization as it did during its ruling of the country.

The ND party had submitted an objection, portraying the Kallikratis plan unconstitutional, which was rejected.
